Who we are
Link That Works is the link-building practice of Creative Marketers BD. For anything in this policy, write to us through the contact page and it will reach the people who can act on it.
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect the name, email and message you enter — used to answer you and, if you become a client, to run the engagement. Our host and CDN keep standard server logs (IP, browser, pages, timestamps) for security. If we enable analytics we will name the provider here first.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not share your details with other clients or the sites we pitch.
- We do not send marketing email to people who only used the contact form.
Third parties that see data
- Hostinger — hosting, and server logs.
- Cloudflare — CDN/security; sees request metadata.
- Google Fonts — your IP reaches Google when a page loads.
- Calendly — only if you book a call; their policy then applies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write through the contact page and we respond within 30 days. EU/UK visitors have these rights under the GDPR; we extend the same handling to everyone.
Security & changes
The site is served over HTTPS behind Cloudflare, and admin access is limited to those who need it. If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and say so on the page.
